underwhelming stay with some issues
non-functional jacuzzi poor airport pickup
the breakfast choice was acceptable and offered a decent variety.
The pool area was a letdown. The jacuzzi didn't work. cleanliness was questionable and my kids ended up with ear infections. the service regarding airport pickup was atrocious. They left us stranded 1km from the hotel in a foreign country

excellent service excellent breakfast caring staff
I experienced Really good service. The staff was caring and attentive. Sofia and Lina at reception were particularly amazing, providing excellent service, always smiling and kind. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Fresh egg options, waffles, and pancakes were available.

inconsistent temperature limited water
I found some aspects disappointing. The room's air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. Shower temperature fluctuated significantly. It made showering uncomfortable, alternating between icy and scalding. Limited complimentary water was provided. I had to repeatedly ask for more.
